What we store

• Your settings (languages, debrid key, subtitle account details) are encrypted into your personal add-on link. We don't keep them in a database.
• Trial record: a one-way hash of your debrid service and account ID, plus the trial start time, so each account gets one trial.
• Subtitle cache: synced subtitle files may be cached temporarily to speed up repeat requests.
• Server logs: short-lived technical logs (errors, request timing) for debugging.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) as merchant of record. We never see your card details. Creem links your subscription to the hashed account ID above.

Third parties

To work, SyncIt sends requests on your behalf to the services you connect: your debrid provider and subtitle sources (OpenSubtitles, SubDL, SubSource). Their own privacy policies apply.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling of data.

Your choices

Uninstall the add-on to stop all processing. To delete your trial record, email us.
